1. Link To Charity earns commissions through affiliate links. We aim to donate 100% of affiliate commissions received to our partner charities, with only necessary operating costs (such as tax, website costs, advertising, platform fees, admin, and staff pay) being subtracted.

2. Donation totals are calculated after required taxes, fees, and operating costs. Only commissions successfully tracked and paid by affiliate partners are counted toward donations.

3. Link To Charity is not involved in the purchase, payment, shipping, or delivery of products and services through our affiliate links. Users must comply with their local laws when making purchases.

4. Charity payouts are generally made monthly and are typically split evenly between partner charities. If a charity is unable to receive funds or leaves the program, funds may be redirected to other partner charities.

5. Any disputes or issues arising from purchases or services must be resolved with the retailer or company where the purchase was made.

6. Link To Charity is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from products, services, or third-party websites accessed through our affiliate links.

7. All disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

8. Link To Charity reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

9. By using our website, you acknowledge that affiliate links may generate commissions for Link To Charity at no extra cost to you.
